Ingrid is vrijwilliger bij de burenbemiddeling van Stad Mechelen en bij Villa Clementina.
"Ik ben Ingrid, ik zit in de burenbemiddeling. Ik ben iemand die van harmonie houdt, van verbinding houdt. Ik ben iemand die zoekt naar de diepgang, naar de communicatie, verbinding, authenticiteit, transparantie. Dat wil ik graag bijdragen in onze maatschappij. Zelf ga ik er ook heel erg van groeien, omdat het mij in staat stelt transparant te zijn, om kwetsbaar te zijn. Dat zijn voor mij waarden die ik graag wil uitleven en beleven met andere mensen. Dat is wie ik ben, dat is hetgeen dat in mij zit en een verlangen om daar, om daar in mijn zijn, in mijn dingen die ik doe, om daar woorden aan te geven en ook daadkracht. Ja, ja!"
